Over 20 links to videos, blogs, free ebooks, articles and more all about how to use and create an MLM funded proposal.
You must have heard of an MLM Funded Proposal by now, right?
Have you used one to fund your marketing, or at least bought one or two to review them?
As a resource, I have put together the best information I could find on the subject. If you want to know if you should use one, you can use this guide to decide.
If you want to try out a new one or learn which ones exist out there.
And best of all, from my point of view, you can see the weak spots and reasons some network marketers don't like using an MLM funded proposal.
2 Videos that Show a Difference
1. Pitch only video: If your funded proposals work like this, you are doing it wrong. This isn't persuasive, except for the myspace page information.
So many network marketers say "Join my MLM - it's the best."
Now, network marketers have begun doing the type of video and article highlighted above, with nary an ounce of persuasiveness that just advertises their funded proposal the same way:
"Buy my funded proposal, it's the best!"
No! That's not how to do it.
You need to provide good information about your product, your industry, and yourself to help people bond with you and see yourcapability and leadership.
I hope you do see the similarity of the two statements above. Instead of creating a video of how much he loves his funded proposal system, here is a better idea.
Create a video of how you juiced up your Facebook page or Stumble profile. You don't have to show all the secrets, maybe just one. Then, you talk about how you found a great source of marketing knowhow that gave you 20 gazillion more ideas for improving your marketing.
Then say click here for more. That's the idea.
2. Video with valuable content Now watch this one:
Tracey gets it. Provide real help, not just a video sales letter. She provides a sequence of activities to help you learn how to market better. No pitch until the last minute, and even then, softly. She doesn't blare the name and join now.

I like Tracey's stuff. She seems to understand you have to give value, not just tell people your system works better than others to get leads. She covers:
- Marketing Benefits- Lead Generation Benefits- Monetary Benefits
I disagree with one. He says you need ad copy on your site. Of course you need a capture page, but I think you also need valuable content for people looking to learn something.
And he says:‘Funded Proposal’ is a CONCEPT based on charging your prospectsa low-priced front end product or service. In the case of thehealth or beauty industry, this could be a product sample.
Very interesting blog with some great info on MLM in general. I liked the post about the gold rush in California and how to use tools to stay in front of the rush. You will also find several free videos about MLM.
Interesting ideas on how network marketers become distracted by funded proposals and their systems, and simply become internet marketers instead. I think he has a point.
He also points out that you are not gaining any credibility or authority by using a funded proposal that builds up someone else.
This article was written by a lead supply operation, and has some great points. I think too many network marketers probably have exactly these problems.
The article covers the top 10 reasons why MLM Lead Generation Funded Proposals will cost you money and slow your business. I'll highlight 2 below.
#4 High Costs of New Distributor Sign-Ups - here I found a cool breakdown of cost per lead using funded proposal versus buying leads and dialing. Helpful counter-info. Leads not free.
#8 Whose List Are You Building? - Another of my contentions. Guru can send anything he wants out, may turn off the person on my list.
